Al-Manza’ Al-Nabil fi Sharh Mukhtasar Khalil

One of the most important commentaries on Mukhtasar Khalil ever written. Imam Al-Hattab, of all people, commented on this text saying “I never saw a commentary (on Khalil) better than his… despite it never being completed.”

Ibn Marzuq was one of the greatest scholars of the Malikiyya. His teaching curriculum is very well known. He died before completing the text, mainly focusing on the introduction, then Tahara and then criminal law. It is one of the most in-depth commentaries on the Mukhtasar available.
